We focus our practice exclusively on the representation of employees who have experienced harassment, retaliation, or discrimination in the workplace; students who have experienced sexual harassment or discrimination; and persons who have been mistreated and suffered at the hands of law enforcement. Our Active Trial Practice
We have an impressive record in State and Federal courts. We routinely try cases before a jury in Federal District Court and have successfully argued appeals at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
