Erica Russell

Erica Russell is a paralegal and our Office Manager. As such, her top priority is supporting our clients and staff. Her support takes many forms, from lending an ear when a client needs to vent or process to making sure our firm is operating efficiently.

Erica attended Trevecca University in Nashville, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Social Justice and later a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She served as president of the Social Justice Club and worked with a team of students to raise both awareness and financial support for the global water crisis.

During a course on the negative impact of employment discrimination on communities, her passion for employment law was ignited and now she stokes the flame daily for our clients! Erica has a zeal for trial work and particularly enjoys helping the attorneys and clients get organized and prepared for trial.

Though Erica was born in Georgia and grew up in Mississippi, she has lived in the Nashville area since 2013, and now considers this home. After a busy day of managing the administrative aspects of the firm, she likes to unwind by reading, playing her clarinet, or being with family and friends.
