Terminating someone when they are pregnant is the opposite of financial peace. But, that is exactly what local employer Ramsey Solutions did- terminated pregnant employees if they choose not to be married and have a child. Caitlin- your courage in standing up against Ramsey’s discriminatory policies is inspiring.
