Heather Collins Speaks at Tennessee Human Rights Commission’s Employment Law Seminar on Sexual Harassment: The “#MeToo” Era

Heather Collins spoke on Sexual Harassment in the #MeToo Era at the Tennessee Human Rights Commission’s Employment Law Seminar on May 4, 2018, at Vanderbilt University. Heather Collins offered the Plaintiff’s employment law perspective along with Allison Bussell who offered the Defense perspective on the impact of the #MeToo movement in sexual harassment cases.  This was a lively discussion that brought in perspectives from both sides of the courtroom on how this movement is impacting the workplace and the enforcement of sexual harassment laws.
