Katherine Hinkle

Katherine Hinkle received her law degree from Belmont University College of Law where she fully immersed herself in both academic and extracurricular pursuits which shaped her into the advocate she is today.

During her time as a student at Belmont, she served as the Managing Editor of the Belmont Entertainment Law Journal, the Treasurer of the Entertainment Law Society as well as the Event Chair for the Women’s Legal Society. Prior to joining HMC Civil Rights, Katherine interned at the Metro Nashville’s Office of Conservatorship Management, Greater Nashville Arts & Business Council Volunteer Lawyers & Professionals for the Arts, the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, and Bowen & Schmidt. After law school, Katherine was named as a Class Representative on the Belmont Law Alumni Council for her graduating class.

Katherine graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and two minors in Media & Society and the Legal Foundations of America. She was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio but now calls Nashville home.

When she is not advocating for our clients, she enjoys running and weightlifting, spending time with her English Bulldog named Artemis, cooking, visiting Disney World with her family, and all things Buckeye Football.
